Decades of Construction and Development Expertise

Randy Halsne's career in the construction and development field began over thirty years ago. During this time, he successfully built and developed condominiums, apartment complexes, and commercial properties across Southern California, gaining deep, hands-on knowledge of the real estate lifecycle. Concurrently, he honed his investment acumen through small-scale investments in foreclosures, spec houses, and REOs.

The Pivot to Strategic Investing

Around 2005, recognizing the volatility of traditional investments and with retirement goals in mind, Randy strategically transitioned to aggressive real estate investment. Leveraging his background as a builder, he initially focused on multi-family units, beginning with an acquisition of 8 units in Mesa, Arizona. Following extensive market research in the Phoenix metro area, the company expanded its portfolio with three single-family homes.

The Discovery of Single-Family Investment Advantage

This early investment phase yielded a critical insight: While apartment investments demanded intensive, hands-on management and faced high turnover rates, single-family residences (SFRs) proved to be easier to rent to reliable, stable tenants, resulting in significantly less operational overhead.

This experience catalyzed a strategic shift. Since then, we have actively dedicated ourselves to identifying and acquiring high-quality single-family residences across the nation's most advantageous markets.

Randy Halsne

President & CEO

Randy Halsne is a seasoned real estate and development executive with a three-decade background in construction and investment. His current leadership roles include:

  • President / CEO of Edmond Premier Real Estate Services LLC

  • President / CEO of CMS Development LLC

  • President / CEO of Premier Home Leasing LLC

  • E-Chapter President of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM)

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent in Oklahoma

Prior to moving to Oklahoma, Randy held a Licensed General Contractor certification in California for 31 years, giving him extensive, hands-on expertise in the construction and development lifecycle.

Jenifer Bowen

Vice-President / Property Manager / Licensed Real Estate Agent

Jenifer serves as the key leader, overseeing both property management operations and real estate transactions. Her comprehensive responsibilities ensure smooth and efficient client and tenant relations:

  • Office & Operations Management: Directs daily office functions, fields essential calls, and manages the intake of rental payments and documents.

  • Property Oversight: Expertly schedules maintenance visits and conducts property inspections.

  • Client Relations: Maintains continuous communication with both owners and tenants.

Real Estate Services: Facilitates real estate transactions on investment properties, utilizing her licensure as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Oklahoma.

Nat Halsne

General Manager

Nat serves as the General Manager for Edmond Premier Real Estate Services LLC and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Oklahoma.
